Please adhere to the following requirements prior to your in-person attendance at Fusion 2022: 

• All Fusion attendees are expected be fully vaccinated at least 14 days before Fusion (July 5, 2022). We are following the CDC definition of fully vaccinated- two weeks after a second dose in a two-dose series or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine. Fully vaccinated does not include a booster.
• Prepare your proof of COVID_19 vaccination. Be prepared to show or display proof of vaccination during on-site registration to show you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. We will not be storing or keeping any health-related data.
• Adhere to government-issued travel restrictions and regional guidance from both the region you will be traveling from and the region you will be traveling to
• Follow relevant guidelines while on-site as provided by WHO, CDC, Massachusetts, and Boston.

• Pack masks. While masks are not required, we will be requesting and recommending that attendees wear a mask.
• Read out Code of Conduct. By attending Fusion 2022, you accept and agree to abide by our Code of Conduct and Fusion 2022 Terms and Conditions.

• Check your booth density. If social distancing is not possible at your booth, take every possible precaution to minimize the risk of aerosol transmission. 
• Plan to provide hand sanitizer at your booth.

• Be prepared to show or display proof of vaccination and your government photo ID at on-site check-in. We will not be storing or keeping any health-related data.
• Consider wearing a mask
• Follow relevant guidelines provided by the WHO and state and local health authorities.
• Use the hand sanitizer stations throughout the event venue.
• If you are experience COVID or flu-like symptoms during your stay, please isolate immediately and notify registration@tkevents.ca.
• If you require medical attention, please contact the hotel front desk and they will connect you with local medical support. 
• Adhere to our COVID Escalation Policy.

Please inform registration@tkevents.ca if you test positive for COVID-19 up to 14 days after returning home. Be prepared to provide your full travel itinerary and your health symptoms.
