Terms and Conditions *
By submitting this form, you agree to be bound by event terms and conditions found here, as well as the terms and conditions set forth herein, which will then constitute an agreement between you and D2L Corporation and its subsidiaries, divisions, and affiliates (collectively, ''D2L'') regarding your proposal to present at a D2L virtual or in-person event; these terms and conditions also apply to any presentation made by you at the event should you be selected for inclusion in the event. By submitting this form, you also agree to D2L's privacy policy (available at www.d2l.com/legal/privacy/), which is hereby incorporated by reference.
By clicking the box below, you agree to the following details regarding each of the categories listed below:
- Co-Presenters
If you are selected to present at the event, you will be a primary presenter and will be responsible for approaching any co-presenters to ensure they have accepted their invitation(s) to co-present. - Upload and Setup of Presentation Materials
Should you be selected to present, you will be sent details regarding how to upload your shared materials prior to the presentation. - Distribution of Presentation Materials
D2L will facilitate presentation materials to be shared prior to and following the presentation.
Select presentations will be recorded and/or streamed over the internet by D2L and its partners and sponsors. By checking the box below, you acknowledge and agree that (a) D2L has the right to use all footage and your name, likeness, photograph, image, voice, and/or biographical information without restriction; and (b) you release and forever discharge D2L and its agents, directors, officers, and employees from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of all footage and your name, likeness, photograph, image, voice, and/or biographical information, including but not limited to any claims for invasion of privacy or defamation. - Presentation Promotion
D2L may use any of the information provided by you on this form in order to promote the event and your presentation, without restriction, such information will be posted on the event website and/or referenced in the conference program.
